Join the DOE Project Leadership Institute on June 16, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. for Leading Remote Work, presented by Dr. Pamela Hinds.

Working remotely can make it particularly difficult for collaborators to stay connected and stay on the same page. In this session, we develop a principled understanding of the particular features of technology and distance that undermine our sense of belonging and our ability to work effectively together when remote. We then discuss established practices that enable workers to overcome these challenges and be as effective as possible as remote collaborators and leaders.

This webinar is free and open to anyone from a Department of Energy National Lab.
