International School for Strangeness Nuclear Physics (SNP School 2021) December 13th, Monday to 16th, Thursday, 2021at RCNP, Osaka JAPAN
The SNP School 2021 will be held at RCNP, Osaka, Japan, from December 13th to 16th, 2021 co-hosted by J-PARC, ELPH-Tohoku, KEK-IINAS and supported by ASRC JAEA, ANPhA, RIKEN Nishina Center, GP-PU of Tohoku Univ, and related research grants. This is the tenth of the series which has been held every year since 2012.
In view of the situation of COVID-19, the school will be held in a hybrid style with a limited number of real participants at RCNP. The maximum number of remote online participants is 300.
The school provides lectures that cover subjects from basics to the latest topics of strangeness nuclear physics as well as other related fields such as astrophysics, atomic physics, etc. Lectures are invited both from theoretical or experimental physics, and their materials are prepared to be useful to young physicists and also to researchers who would have wider interests. Confirmed lectures this year are listed below. In addition to the lectures, facility tours will be organized; a real one at RCNP cyclotron and virtual ones for other facilities.
