Jefferson Lab is hosting an in-person Quantum Computing (QC) bootcamp for nuclear/particle physics on June 20-30, 2023. The program will consist of lectures by experts in the field that will include a pedagogical review of QC, discovering existing tools and dedicated theory topics combined with hands-on activities. The program will be rounded off by a symposium day with panel discussions.
 
The number of participants is limited and scholarships to attend the bootcamp (lodging + per diem) are available through a Quantum Horizon grant from the United States Department of Energy. The deadline for applications is April 30th, 2023.
 
Note: The bootcamp will be preceded by HUGS 2023, a 3-week long graduate-level summer school on nuclear physics. Student support is available, see the HUGS 2023 home page at: https://www.jlab.org/conference/hugs2023
