The EICUG Annual Meeting 2023 and ePIC Collaboration Meeting will take place in Warsaw, Poland from July 25 to 31. The event will be held in a hybrid format, with an in-person component at the University of Warsaw, and a remote component via Zoom.

The EICUG Annual Meeting will consist of three parts. The first part of the meeting will cover recent advances in the Electron-Ion Collider project and is scheduled for July 25–26. The second part, the ePIC collaboration meeting, will take place from July 26–29. Finally, discussions on the second detector are scheduled for July 30–31.
