2023 Fall Meeting of APS DNP and JPS:
Dates and Location Change

The 2023 Fall Meeting of the APS Division of Nuclear Physics and Physical Society of Japan will be held at the Big Island of Hawaii, the tentative dates are  November 26-December 1. The final meeting dates and official location will be announced and registration will re-open once negotiations are finalized

APS DNP and JPS will be providing resources and next steps for travel/logistics, and updated information about programming in early September. Both societies strongly desire to host a joint event this year in Hawaii.

We appreciate your patience while the details and logistics are sorted out. If you have already registered for the meeting and booked your hotel at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort no action is required at this time. We ask that you do not contact the hotel as the meeting planning organization is managing these communications.  You should contact your airline directly to reschedule or seek a credit/refund.

Please expect the next update with additional information by September 1. If you have a specific question about the DNP meeting, please direct it to abs-help@aps.org and your question will be triaged to the appropriate group.
