Congratulations to the winners and thank you to all who participated in this charitable fundraising activity.
Please keep in mind that the annual United Way fundraising campaign at JLab runs through Nov. 2. Instead of sending out the traditional United Way Pledge Forms through internal distribution, this year organizers are encouraging donors to access the form electronically.
Donate to United Way agencies by printing out the attached Pledge Form pdf, or go to this link http://www.uwvp.org/give_help/donate_temp.html and print out the form.
Once filled out, please send the form, with any check payments attached, to Joshua Cameron, CEBAF Center, room B214, MS 12B by Monday, Nov. 2. As always with charitable donations, make a copy of the signed form for your records.
