Weekly Meeting Minutes - April 11, 2003

Announcements:
Raphael: Crystal wrapping cosmics test started yesterday, next one begins Monday.
Rory: Have 100 more brass pieces and they’ll be shipped on Monday.
Yar: Lakeshore temperature control module missing - please contact me or Raphael if you know anything about it.

Mechanical:
Raphael: 700 lead crystal mechanical strip assemblies done, 50 more (early ones) not up to par and being repaired.
50% of the glass assemblies done and ready for the PMT.
Wrapping is still in question but tests are in progress.

Dave K.: Hall B is locked, but is Controlled Access from 10am to noon, M-F.
Load test of HyCal frame scheduled for Monday. (Tuesday 4/15: it’s back)

George: PC board drawings donw & checked. Sample arrives Monday and after tests the main boards will be ordered, ETA April 21.

Sam: data analysis is ongoing. The integration of the LMS and trigger will be discussed after the meeting.

Discussion of HyCal-0 DAQ status. Everyone involved will go to the test lab and see what needs to be done. Yar should learn the HV control from Eric, after it’s finished. Dave’s ETA on the DAQ system is the 24th. We want a 1% stability run for a month, so we need it up & running.

Gain tests at A&T going slow.

Discussion of software workshop and scheduling.
