Announcements::
Ahot: Oleg’s visa came in and he’s on his way.
This is George’s last meeting as he’s headed home.

Dave L.: The HyCal cable via UMass purchase is in progress.

Sam: Mu-metal order delayed.

Dave K.: Hall B changing to photon beam on Monday, for G2

Mechanical::
Dave K.: Lead wall installed, Dave L. will see Stephan about inserting the PS target.
TAC is in alcove and will be moved to hall floor.
Deck design progressing.
Electronics layout done.
Discussion of PC board assembly - some question of who’s ordered what parts. The PC boards are partially ordered and the support structure will be ordered. Anatoly will assemble them and does not see a problem.
Cable sleeve material is the braided stainless steel and has been ordered. Discussion of connector manufacturing.
Load test complete: nothing broke.

Dave L.: We need another fastbus crate as the ADC modules won’t fit into adjacent slots. This is not a problem as there’s room and a crate, but is a note for readout.

Discussion of Bogdon’s HV crate. PrimEx is in an uncomfortable position and Ashot will talk to Volker.

Hardware::
55% crystal assemblies done.
Wrap test continues - discussion of procedure.
Ashot needs ordering information on material - Raphael will get it.
We are out of G10 tubes - Rory shipped them last week.

George decided on cable length for PMT-PC board connections. Nicolai will do it in his spare time.

Yar: discussion of linearity test results. More analysis is needed.
