Announcements:
Ashot: DNP03 deadline this coming Tuesday. Discussion of presentations.

Engineering:
Doug: 34 cable bundles sheathed. 2 more planned, then we need the numbers from Dave Lawrence: email Doug or Denny. 13 bundles are complete with PC boards on both ends.
Cable test box in progress.
Final wealding & track alignment for the horizontal lift system in progress, ETA mid-July.
Deck contractors returning in 2 weeks for Sept 10-16 installation.
HyCal frame side plate fitting in progress.
Discussion of lead glass installation.
Discussion of painting the HyCal frame.

HyCal:
Ashot: Projected failure for PrimEx given the rate of work and what’s left to do. Repeted call for collaboration members to volunteer work on hardware. Discussion of assignment scheme and schedules.

Chewie: “If you find yourself with nothing to do, get your ass over to the EEL building - we’ll put you to work!”

Rate Test:
Kevin: Done ‘till we find/get more PMTs.

PC Boards:
Steve: Going well, ETA 2 weeks to finish mechanical part and they’re all read for soldering.

LMS:
Yar: On hold until computer parts arrive.

Software:
Dustin: Presentation of August run data analysis.

Itaru: Tagger data analysis.

Tong: Monte Carlo results.
