Engineering::
Load-testing jib now, planning lifter test next.
Deck finished, 4 racks planned and power requirements are needed.

Discussion of crate disposition and location; Dave & Sam will talk.

Discussion of collaboration meeting date vs conference; tentatively Friday.

HyCal::
Stacking continues. Discussion of transport procedure.

PC boards in progress, dynode cables start Tuesday. HV map is on the web.

LMS bundle is ok, progressing on other hardware. Electronics have been ordered except CAMAC crate and HV power supplies; Dave, Sam & Yar will meet to discuss integration.

Raphael & Dustin: Presentation of HyCal-0 data analysis.

Discussion of data analysis procedure & priorities.

Eric: Target ladder motors & limit switches work & are ready to go.

DAQ::
DaveL: Electronics install in test lab starts next week, it’ll take 2-3 weeks total.

Beam Test::
Dan: Update on preparations. Stand has both X and Y motion. TAC needs test. No show-stoppers in sight. Discussion.

Phil: Tagger PMT test should finish today, electronics testing after that.
