Announcements:
Deadline for getting new reports to Volker for the Hall B collaboration meeting is Sunday the 22nt.

Engineering:
Doug: Chiller's hooked up & running. Discussion of intrgrating LMS & HyCal chilling systems; upshot is try it.
Ready to move frame at 1430 today.
Cable baskets haven't arrived; layout & plans done for test lab & Hall B installation.

Discussion of needing to write future project proposals to give reasons to leave HyCal in Hall B.

PC Boards: 7 done, 2 in progress; talk to DaveL about remaining pigtail.

Problem: Observation shows 30-40% of the PMT <-> Lead Glass interfaces are bad; discussion.

DAQ & Electronics:
Dave: In progress.

Eric: Presentation of Veto Counter results from cosmics.

Itaru: Monte Carlo results.

Discussion of harp & surveys with respect to targets; Dustin will put some time on it.

Aram: Report of statistics problems.

Discussion of which targets get installed in March.
