Software and Computing Round Table

Announcement of the Software & Computing Round Table of January 2023

In the Software & Computing Round Table of January, we will review the Software & Computing activities at BNL, HSF and Jefferson Lab in 2022 and look ahead.

In light of the evergrowing role that Software & Computing play in High Energy Physics, Nuclear Physics, and related fields, Brookhaven National Laboratory, the HEP Software Foundation, and Jefferson Lab are organizing the Software & Computing Round Table to foster the interplay of computing and science. The monthly round table forum aims for knowledge transfer and to encourage common projects within our scientific community. A news story on "Nuclear Physics Data Demand More Powerful Processing" covers the history and goals of the Software & Computing Round Table with some insights on its organizers.

RECORDINGS The recordings of the Software & Computing Round Table are available on YouTube.
