Conference Room Administration

In an effort to better anticipate the meeting room needs of the Jefferson Lab Community and provide a higher level of service, Event Services will implement a new Room Reservation Process beginning Monday, August 19, 2019. This new process will ONLY affect the following CEBAF Center meeting rooms: Auditorium, F113 and L102.

Beginning August 19th, when you request one of those three meeting rooms in the Outlook calendar, you will immediately receive a response acknowledging your request and letting you know that someone from Event Services will respond within 3 hours. During that time, a ServiceNow ticket will be automatically generated and delivered to the members of Event Services. They will make every effort possible to finalize your reservation and respond with an email saying the room has been reserved for you. If the requested room is not available, Event Services will contact you to discuss your meeting room needs and search for another available room.

The new process will eliminate double booked meeting rooms and ensure that we maximize the use of the most frequently requested rooms (Auditorium, F113 and L102). For additional information about this process, please visit our FAQ section or email eventservices@jlab.org .
