Newport News' Jefferson Lab is having an open house Saturday from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m, and you're invited to check out the accelerator facility. Before you go, visit the lab's Web site. You'll get a preview of what you can see at the open house. There's information about parking and shuttle buses, even an opportunity for lab employees to volunteer online. Who knows? You might learn some nuclear physics buzzwords, too.
