JLab Voicemail Transition - Today
Jefferson Lab will transition to the new Intuity voicemail system today (Oct. 25, 2007) at 5:00 PM. Because of the large volume of voicemail accounts that are being migrated, each voice mailbox will be configured with a default password (23606) that you will be required to change the first time that you connect to your mailbox. If the default password does not allow you access to your voice mailbox, contact the helpdesk at extension 7155 for additional
assistance.
Once you have changed your voicemail password, the system will prompt you to re-record your name. Please note, record ONLY your first and last name here. Your extended greeting should be recorded later using menu option 3.

Because we expect a high volume of calls tomorrow as we transition to the new system, you may experience a busy signal while trying to access voicemail. If this is the case, please try again later.
