   1. coo_hallc_defs.tex

2. Prepare Organization Chart
   1. Modify coo_HallCorg.fig using UNIX xfig program
   2. Export file to encapsulated postscript
   3. coo_hallc_appendix.tex

3. Edit coo_standard.tex
   1. Select coo_hallc_defs.tex definitions (immediately following)
   2. Select coo_HallCorg.eps input file (search down)
   3. Select coo_hallc_appendix.tex input file (bottom of this file)

4. Produce Output using latex/dvips.
