2.  For Willy's water cell, only the cylindrical part remains so there is no wall thickness for the cone part of the cell.
3.  <AC>(<EG>) and <HJ>(<LN>) are the averages for the wall thickness measurements for the cylinder(cone) parts
    of the cell on each side of the side.
4.  The labels A to G correspond to the Left-side of the cell, and H to N, to the Right-side of the cell.  This convention
    is for Right-handed ice cone cells, where the cone is on the Right-hand side for the R-arm spectrometer.
