| Abstract: | Raju will describe how bulk phenomena in heavy ion collisions are described by the relativistic viscous hydrodynamics of a nearly perfect fluid. The role of scattering, plasma instabilities and the possible existence of a turbulent attractor in the strongly interacting Quark-Gluon plasma will be addressed. |
