Document Control Group

Vendor Drawings and other documents which originate outside of Jlab are considered “Foreign Documents”

• Criteria and procedures for foreign documents are outlined in the Conduct of Engineering Manual ( See 5.2.2.1- G.  Documents of External Origin (Foreign)) located on the COE/DCG Policies page.

• Foreign document storage is explained in the Document Control Manual ( See A5.2 Foreign Drawing Turn-In & Approval & A6.2 Vendor/Foreign Drawing Changes) located on the COE/DCG Policies page.
