Program Advisory Committee (PAC)

PAC proposal submissions may be mailed or submitted electronically; electronic submissions are preferred. Fax submissions are not acceptable.

Electronic Submissions

Users may submit proposals as an e-mail attachment or on-line.

1. E-Mail Submissions
   
   E-mail submissions should be sent to users@jlab.org. The proposal should be sent as an attachment in either .pdf or .ps format. Do not place the proposal in the body of the e-mail.
   
   The required documentation to accompany the proposal is available at http://www.jlab.org/exp_prog/PACpage/forms.html.
   
   
2. On-Line Submissions (Preferred Method)
   
   NOTE: You will need Internet Explorer 6.0 or Netscape 7.2 to perform an on-line submission.
   
   Point your browser to http://www1.jlab.org/ul/proposals/index.cfm. This form contains the documentation required for proposal submissions.
   
   Once you have completed filling in the cover sheet information on the first page, you will be prompted to a second page where you may upload your proposal file. (Note: the proposal must be in either a .ps or .pdf format.) When the upload has been completed and the form submitted, you will be directed to a page where you may print a copy of the cover sheet documentation (sans your proposal).
