Abstracts
Abstracts should be sufficiently detailed and informative to allow the
Program Committee to judge the scientific merit of the paper and its suitability
for the Workshop Program. The abstract should be no longer than two pages.
The page should include: the title in capital letters, author(s) name and
affiliation.
The abstracts must be submitted to the committee before May 5, 2000,
preferably by email to XHV2000@jlab.org
as an attachment in WORD-format or typed in camera-ready form.
If you are not submitting an abstract, please give a brief statement
of your experience and/or interest in XHV in the space provided on the
registration form.
*Student Poster Paper Competition*
There will be a student poster paper competition on the June 6th, 2000
in the afternoon to coincide with the usual vendor table top exhibits (This
is a regular show during the Mid-Atlantic Chapter meetings). The best student
paper presenter will be awarded a travel grant to attend the AVS 48th International
Symposium in Boston on Oct 2-6, 2000.
