The number of pages of the different contributions cannot exceed the following numbers:

Plenary Talks:
1 hr talk: 15 pages
45 min talk: 12 pages
30 min talk: 10 pages
Working group summary: 15 pages
Working group talk: 2 pages

Contributions to working groups should be submitted to the working group organizers:
GB's to J. Bijnens (bijnens@thep.lu.se),
GB's-N to U-G. Meissner (u.meissner@fz-juelich.de),
Few N to U. Van Kolck (vankolck@krl.caltech.edu.

The WG organizers will decide about the order in which the contributions in their group should appear. Plenary talk contributions should be directly submitted to J. Goity (goity@jlab.org).

The contributions must be received by October 31, 2000.
