Working to keep Jefferson Lab clean and green.
EarthWise at Jefferson Lab is a website created for JLab staff, users, and subcontractors to promote and encourage "earth-friendly" activities both at work and anytime! This includes supporting programs such as:
- Recycling of paper, aluminum, batteries, etc.
- Purchasing green products, such as Energy Star items
- Preventing pollution, for example, by providing secondary containment for chemicals in your work area
- Minimizing waste by using reusable containers for your chips and sandwiches instead of plastic baggies.
