Italian recipes and more!

Here you may find some of the recipes I like. I tested them personally (which means they are not very difficult to cook!) and with an asterisk I marked those which I tasted but didn't yet test. 

I am planning to translate them to english, however this will take time. In the meanwhile, you may use the Altavista "Babel Fish Translation" for a rough automatic english translation (just click on the yellow fish beside the recipe you want to be translated).
