The proceedings of the workshop will be published by the American
Institute of Physics (AIP).

Note: please use the 6x9 inch LaTeX format.
The deadline for contributions to the proceedings is December 31, 2010.
Please note that limited extensions will be granted ONLY in exceptional
circumstances, as the deadline is close to the date of submission to the
publishers.
The maximum number of pages for all contributions is 8 (eight).
When submitting your contribution, please also send a signed copyright release form, available at http://scitation.aip.org/proceedings/tca_blank.pdf, without which we cannot publish your contributions.
Please also send the physical address to which your copy of the
proceedings should be sent once the volume is printed.
Contributions (final PDF file) should be sent to Ioana Niculescu
(ioana@jlab.org), and the copyright release form sent either as
a PDF file or faxed to (757) 269 7002.
