Satellite Meeting

A Satellite Meeting will be held just after the lab tour and reception. The program includes Jerry Draayer (SURA/JSA), Tony Thomas, a presentation from the User Group Board, and reports form the experimental Halls.
For people not taking part in the tour and reception, there will be a special bus at 6:45 to bring people from the Marriott lobby to the laboratory. At the end of the meeting, about 8:30-8:45, a bus will take people back to the Marriott hotel; transportation will also be provided to other local hotels. Please contact Rachel Harris (harris@jlab.org) if you plan to take the bus, so that we can judge if we have enough transportation.
