A limited room block is available at the SURA Residence Facility, located on the Jefferson Lab campus. Please reference the "NLLC/STIP" when making your reservations.
Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. The room block will be released on March 15th. After this deadline, rooms will be available on a space-available basis only.
SURA Residence Facility
Private guest rooms are located in a secluded corner of the Jefferson Lab site and are comfortably furnished like any modern hotel room. Rate: $68.00/night plus tax. Reservations may be made online or by calling (757) 223-1167. Reservation deadline: March 15, 2018.

Newport News Marriott at City Center
The Newport News Marriott at City Center, located 1.7 miles from Jefferson Lab, is offering rooms to the NLLC/STIP participates at the government nightly rate of $93 + tax for the nights of April 15-18, 2018. Reservations must be received by the hotel on or before 5PM on Monday, March 15th, 2018.
