203.03 Terms of Employment

In general, all JSA/JLab employment is "at will" and no definite duration is implied. Continued employment is subject to satisfactory performance and to the availability of funds and work. The offer letter spells out the terms and conditions of employment for the individual including position, compensation, and relocation provisions (if relevant).
