Room blocks have been reserved at the following hotels, which are all located within a one-mile radius of Jefferson Lab (or closer). Please note that the listed rates apply ONLY when reservations are made directly with the hotel. If you go through a travel agent, additional commission charges will apply. Please reference the "Thin Films SRF Workshop at Jefferson Lab" when making your reservations.
Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. The room blocks will be released 3 weeks prior to the workshop. After July 8, 2005, rooms will be available on a space-available basis and higher rates may apply.
