Located within 1/2 mile of Jefferson Lab, Hampton Inn Suites offers an apartment style room design with a separate bedroom, living room and kitchen area. Bedrooms include either a king size bed or two double beds. Living room includes full size sleeper sofa, easy chair, and coffee table. Remote control TV in living room and bedroom. Also data port and voice mail telephones. Kitchen features microwave oven, refrigerator, two-burner cooktop, dishwasher, ice maker and coffee maker. Participants are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements (ask for Chiral Dynamics 2000 Workshop rates). Reservations must be confirmed by June 17, 2000. After this date rooms will be confirmed on a space available only basis at the workshop rate. The hotels do accept credit cards (Discover, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diner’s Club) and require one night’s deposit for room and tax. Deposits are refundable with receipt of at least a 48-hour cancellation notice prior to arrival. Check-in time is after 3:00pm on the day of arrival and Check-out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure. All participants wishing to extend their stay after the workshop dates should do so when making reservations.

• Jefferson Lab Residence Facility

Private guest rooms are comfortably furnished like any modern hotel room. Each one is fully equipped with telephone, climate controls and cable television. Telephone service includes free local calls and voice mail. Computer terminals and workstations are available in all rooms, as well as in the central great room. Premium room packages include in-room refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. Common areas open to all guests include a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, laundry facilities and the great room. Snack and soda machines are located adjacent to the common areas, which are accessible by residents 24 hours a day. From the guest rooms, visitors have only a short stroll to all areas of the laboratory. The on site Jefferson Lab cafeteria is open weekdays for breakfast, lunch and snacks.
