We are writing a proposal to measure the proton form
factor ratio GEp/GMpusing a polarized 6 GeV beam and a polarized NH3
target in Hall C. We plan to submit it to JLab
PAC-25.
A close-to-final version can be downloaded in either PDF or gzipped Postscript format.
