Rad Phi Technical Notes

This is a centralized list of the technical notes intended for circulation within the RadPhi collaboration. A numbering scheme has been implemented, based on date plus a serial suffix (Y2K compliant mind you), so that these documents can be easily referenced in future writeups. Collaboration members may claim a number in sequence and add a link to their own notes below (self-service please). The note must exist in Postscript format (at least), and may be served either via ftp or a web server from a machine at Jlab or elsewhere. A quick loading one-page abstract (no graphics) in HTML appears at the first click, and links to the full document appear on the abstract page.
