At the end of the year, make sure that the tasks that you were responsible for are included into your institute's SoS and reviewed by your IR before the SoS is submitted to the CLAS Service Work Committee.

DC Drift Chamber Positioning Survey and Torus Field Mapping Develop methods to place/survey marks on the torus to which the magnetic field measurements will be referenced, and also to which corresponding marks on the chambers will be aligned, either visually by surveyors or perhaps using proximity sensors. Develop equipment and techniques to measure the torus magnetic field to a part per thousand. Starts in 2014.

SVT SVT tests Help needed for the SVT project, related to electrical testing of the SVT modules (cosmic ray tests and data analysis). Currently the SVT project has one engineer and some technicians.

Other Slow controls This task concerns: FTOF, FCAL, PCAL, DC, SVT, Micromegas, CND, CTOF, Forward Tagger, RICH, Moeller, Beamline, HTCC. Define the Slow control requirements in terms of configuration and monitoring. Write shell scripts or code to do any initialisation of the hardware and any other slow control tasks. SVT Beam tests at Fermilab SVT test stands at Fermilabís Silicon Detector Facility are set up for testing the hybrids, calibrating and burning in the modules. All QA/QC procedures are in place. Testing, calibration, and posting of the data to JLabís electronic logbook are automated. Slow control and monitoring software validated. SVT module production schedule will consist of ten shifts. Each shift will be handled by one operator and is one month long with two day overlap for training purposes.

DC Drift Chamber Hit Reconstruction Software Develop the geometry codes to locate the wires in space with provisions for misalignments, misplacements and distortions.
