Date: Jan. 13-15, 2000

Topics
- Valence Quark Structure
- Exclusive Reactions and Skewed Parton Distributions
- Parton-Hadron Duality
- Threshold Charm Production
- Hadrons in the Nuclear Medium
Format
The main emphasis will be on parallel sessions on the above topics.
The sessions consist of introductory presentations, followed by
discussion sessions. The focus of the parallel sessions is to develop
preliminary physics proposals for the JLab program at 12 GeV.
Contributions and Proceedings
Formal presentations will be by invitation only. Additional short
presentations may be made at the discretion of the chairs of the
parallel sessions. The proceedings will consist of preliminary
physics and instrumentation proposals, together with contributions
from the plenary sessions.
