Go to www.newportnews.gardeninn.com and book it online. Fill in dates desired for your stay. Click Go and continue to Special Accounts. Place the three letter group code LBC in the Groups/Convention box. Click on Continue and complete your reservation.
If calling, give the following information to Reservations Clerk:
1. Identify yourself as part of Jefferson Lab.
2. Give the date of Arrival and Departure.
3. Give your three letter group code LBC.
4. Room type (please note that the room types will be limited to what has been set aside for this group).
5. Name, Address and Credit Card information.
Rate: $101.00 plus tax
