The Radisson hotel in downtown Hampton has been reserved for participants. The cost per room is $75.90 per day for single or double occupancy. Please indicate your room need in your pre-registration form. The hotel is within 10-15 minutes walking distance to the workshop site. There is a restaurant in the hotel and additional restaurants within walking distance. On Thursday and Friday, December 2 and 3, the Holly Tree faculty cafeteria will be available for lunch. However, this cafeteria is small and cannot hold large crowd and will be closed on Saturday. The University cafeteria used mostly by students is open 7 days a week and will be available for lunch. Typically it serves three types of food, each one has some variaties. It costs only $4.75 (tax included) for each menu item, and desert and soft drinks are free. Additionally, fastfood restaurants are within walking distance. Workshops will serve continental breakfast at 8:45 AM every morning starting December 2.
We advise you to arrive and check into the hotel in the afternoon or
evening on Wednesday, December 1 and checkout and depart on Sunday,
December 5.
