Proceedings will be published by the local organizing committee. A copy of the proceedings will be mailed to each registered participants. Pages
As we have announced on our web site, you can 4 pages
for each 15 minutes (including discussion) of your talk or
8 pages for 30 min, 10 pages for 40 min, 12 pages for 45 min, 16 pages for 60 min. This is a rough guide line. If it is really difficult for you, we can accept one more page per each 15 minutes. Format There is no style resitriction. It should be fitted within an area of 230mm x 165 mm and equally margined around. You can choose directly use your transparencies if you feel that it is clean and clear enough for making your points. However, in such case we would like to ask you to provide us clean and clear black&white copies and also shrink them to the size at least fit to the limit given for top to bottom (230 mm). Finish Please send us two sets of finished and photo-ready copies of your proceedings. We want to make sure that we will have a copy as spare in case one is damaged or lost.
