Celebrating Black History Month, this week's photo is the poster for the February 19, 2004 event featuring three speakers who were part of the legendary Tuskegee Airmen. Lt. Col. Francis Horne (1920-2014), Lt. Col. Howard Baugh (1920-2008), and Hampton native Chief MSgt. Grant Williams (1920-2014) spoke about their lives and military careers during the special event.
