Celebrating Black History Month, this week's photo features former Secretary of Energy Hazel O'Leary. O'Leary was appointed by President Bill Clinton in 1993, and was the first woman and first African American to hold the position. O'Leary was the keynote speaker at the 1996 Jefferson Lab dedication. Here she participates in the ribbon cutting with Lab Director Hermann Grunder (left), Chair of the SURA Board of Trustees Donald Robson (Florida State University) and at the podium, SURA President and Master of Ceremonies Dennis Barnes.
