Web-Based Training

READ ME FIRST!

Different training courses require different mini-applications called "plug-ins" to work with all the operating systems and Web browsers used at JLab. If you try and take a course and you get an error message or dialog box mentioning a plug-in, you will need to have it installed. If you are the administrator, click on the appropriate icon, download the file identified to your desktop, and run it to install the plug-in yourself. Some courses require audio capability as indicated by audio on

If you are not the administrator of your computer, you can install the necessary plug-in through the CUE system. Open the start menu and Settings, then control panel, and then add/remove programs. Once there, click add new program and then click the Flash Plugin, or whichever plug-in you need, to install.

Also, POP-UP BLOCKERS MUST BE DISABLED TO RECEIVE COURSE CREDIT.
