Appraisal System

Welcome to JSA/Jefferson Lab’s online performance appraisal system. 

Jefferson Lab’s online Appraisal System is an integral part of performance management. 

It establishes employee performance plans, including critical results and performance indicators. It also enhances communication between employees and supervisors at the beginning and during the appraisal period. With the Appraisal System, managers set objectives that are routed to employees for their review.

Importantly, the Appraisal System makes it possible to recognize and reward employee’s performance, identify opportunities for employee development, and assist employees in improving unacceptable performances.
