Information Resources staff Melissa Erlandson (left) and intern Kate McDannold display oars that contain names of the winning Beams teams including the school, team name and list of students, and their score. The BEAMS game consisted of designing a boat and placing marbles in it while floating in water. The team whose boat held the most marbles won. The oars were created and updated by Dave Kausch (Fire Prevention Manager) in 1997, 1998, and 2002. |
