In celebration of National Disability Employment History Month, Veleka Gatling, Ph.D., Director of Diversity Initiatives and Assistant Professor at Old Dominion University, will define what "visible equity" means and introduce four tenets that build a framework for interventions useful for everyone to achieve visible equity for employees with disabilities.
