The Jefferson Lab cafeteria, operated by eLite Management Group, is located in Room L100 at the north end of the CEBAF Center, building 12. Seating is available in the North Atrium, with an adjacent outdoor deck for open-air dining in good weather. All meals are also available as take-out.
The weekly cafeteria menu lists breakfast specials, soup and grill selections, as well as entrees, side dishes and desserts. The make-your-own salad bar and deli sandwich bar are available daily.
