Individual attendees will make reservations for their stay directly with the Hotel, prior to the May 17, 2024 Cut-Off date.
Guests can call for reservations at (866)329-1758, or use the group link above to book online. When calling, all guests must identify themselves as a member of the SANPC2024 group in order to utilize the special group rate.
The hotel will accept reservations from conference attendees after the Cut-Off Date, and/or for up to 3 days before or after the dates of the conference, but only on a space and rate-available basis.
The Newport News Marriott is located approximately 1.6 miles (~40 minutes walking) from Jefferson Lab. It is a quick Uber or taxi ride to the Lab and back from the Marriott. Surrounding the Marriott are restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and nightly entertainment. It provides many dining options in a walkable and safe area for conference attendees.

The Residence Facility, located adjacent to the Jefferson Lab, is operated by SURA, the owner of Jefferson Science Associates (JSA.) JSA is the DOE M&O contractor for the Jefferson Lab. The Residence Facility is a modern facility with 42 comfortable, private guest rooms and many guest services and amenities. This is a great option for those who do not have another form of transportation, as it is a quick 5 minute walk across the parking lot to CEBAF Center.
A (limited) block of rooms has been reserved under the group name "SANPC2024" and will be available for reservation until May 19, 2024 (1 month prior to the event).
Rooms will have a rate of $98 per night plus tax, which totals to $103.88 per night.
