The 1st International Workshop on a 2nd Detector for the Electron-Ion Collider is jointly organized by the EICUG Detector-II/IP8 Working Group, the Center for Frontiers in Nuclear Science, and Temple University.

The scientific program is still being finalized but there will be opportunities for participants to present 5-minute flash talks on the topic of their choice. The workshop will be held in person as well as online and topics for discussion include :
