T-shirt Design Guidelines
Jefferson Lab staff, users and contractors are eligible to vote on the designs. An active Jefferson Lab computer account user name and password are required, one vote per account. The winning design will be unveiled at the lab's annual Run-Around event. Previous, non-winning designs are eligible for submission.
Requirements for the T-shirt design:
- Photos are difficult to reproduce on designs, so, are discouraged.
- AI generated images may be used as elements of your artwork, but it should not be the entire basis of your design.
- All designs are subject to TJNAF management review for appropriate content and copyright infringement.
- The winning design will become the property of JSA, LLC/TJNAF.
- You must include "Jefferson Lab," "DOE," "JSA, LLC," and "2025” somewhere in the design (front or back).
- Designs may be subject to slight changes to suit screen-printing limitations.
- Designs must be submitted electronically at: https://misportal.jlab.org/railsForms/tshirt_submissions
- A contact name, division and telephone number is required for each entry.
- All qualifying designs will be posted and available for public review (for voting purposes).
The winning designer(s) will receive a free T-shirt and recognition. If the winning design is submitted by a team, each member will receive a T-shirt.
