    “You need it? I got it.” This was the motto Arun Tadepalli lived by during his time in the military. Impeccably organized, as a Unit Supply Specialist in the Army, Tadepalli was responsible for ensuring his fellow soldiers had everything they needed to get the job done.

    • USJHPE travel support is administered by the University of Connecticut (UConn). Approved travelers should await instructions from UConn before making any travel arrangements. 
       
    • USJHPE will typically cover the cost of round-trip air travel (economy class) between US airports and Tokyo and the cost of connecting transportation in Japan (air, train, bus).

      • Context and objectives of the proposed research, including the benefits to the hadronic physics programs at US and Japanese facilities;
      • Status of the collaboration with the Japanese partners - beginning or established collaboration, previous results;
  • USJHPE is a US-Japan exchange program supporting collaborative scientific research in hadronic physics. It focuses on subject areas related to the programs at current and future experimental facilities in the US and Japan and supports both experimental and theoretical studies.

  • At Jefferson Lab we have several GPU nodes dedicated to AI projects. We have several CPU nodes as well for parallel computations that does not require GPUs.
