  • Jefferson Lab Open House Message from Director Hugh Montgomery

    Dear Colleagues,

This note is brief and will be sent to all Jefferson Lab employees and
users as well as those non-Jefferson Lab people and groups who
supported the Jefferson Lab Open House on Saturday, May 1.

One word captures the event: SPECTACULAR!

The exhibits were superbly done, the hospitality warm, and the
enthusiasm palpable. The public was excited by the cool stuff we have
    and do.

    Thank you,

    Mont

row of the Project column. Then tab over to the pay type column and

If you have an older pager issued by Jefferson Lab, you must exchange that pager for a new one today.

Jefferson Lab is changing the frequency it uses for its pagers, making the older pagers useless.

The new pagers use the 900MHz frequency.

You can exchange your older pager today at CEBAF Center, Room F228 between 8 a.m. to noon.

If you are unsure if your pager will work with the new frequency, please call Morgan Anderson in Telecommunications at extension 7799.

  • Spiders Pose a Dangerous Threat

Jefferson Lab is in a natural setting, and as such, we interact with all types of wildlife. Most of this wildlife will typically not enter buildings. However, sometimes spiders will seek dry, dark areas, therefore we need to be aware of the hazards and implement the proper controls.
