Contract Acknowledgment Notice

In June 2014, the Department of Energy's Office of Science issued new guidance for manuscripts produced by DOE-funded laboratories. Each submitted manuscript must now contain a Notice to the Publisher and an Acknowledgment.

 

Notice to Publisher


As per the JSA contract with DOE, it is necessary to inform the publisher of the U.S. Government policy on the publication license. This should be included on the front of the submitted manuscript, perhaps on the cover page of the manuscript file.
